Magic & Ability Effects Set – Explosion, AoE, Buff & Portal VFX (HD)

Five magic and ability effects packs in one download: explosions, AoE indicators and ground hazards, buffs and auras, portals and teleports, and charge-ups.

All with the same HD finish, camera angle and light direction as the character packs, as PNG sheets, single frames, JSON and Godot 4 SpriteFrames.

Anything added to this set later is free if you already own it.

What's inside

Explosion Effects: 21 explosions in fire, frost, lightning, shadow, toxic, earth and holy, each small, medium and large

AoE Indicators & Ground Hazards: warning circles with a timer ring, warning-and-strike combos and looping ground hazards

Buff & Aura Effects: 13 overlays: level up, shield bubble, rage, haste, regeneration, heal, holy, champion ring and more, each with a layer behind and in front of the character

Portal & Teleport Effects: six portals with an opening, a loop and a closing, plus teleport in and out in four colours

Charge-Up Effects: seven charge-ups with a looping charge and a release: fire, frost, lightning, arcane, shadow, holy and toxic

• JSON with frame size, frame count, FPS and pivot

Quick import

1. Godot 4: copy a folder into your project and assign its SpriteFrames to an AnimatedSprite2D.
2. Other engines: slice the PNG sheets using the frame size and FPS from the JSON.
