Quick import

1. Godot 4: copy an effect folder into your project and assign its SpriteFrames to an AnimatedSprite2D.
2. Other engines: slice the PNG strips using the frame size and FPS from the JSON; in-flight sheets have 8 rows (S, SE, E, NE, N, NW, W, SW).
